How much does outdoor lighting installation cost?
Every job is different, so we price it once we understand what's needed. The main factors are:
- Distance from the consumer unit
- Cable route (wall-mounted, buried or ducted)
- Number and type of fittings
- Whether a new circuit is needed

Why does my outside light trip the electrics when it rains?
Water getting into the fitting, junction box or cable connections causes earth leakage, which trips the RCD. The fix is usually to replace or reseal the fitting and connections with properly rated components.
Can you run power to my garden office?
Yes. A dedicated supply from the consumer unit, with appropriate cable, protection and earthing arrangements, is the safe way to power an outbuilding. We'll survey and quote.
